Jeff and Callie

Is it just me or did anyone else find the interaction between Jeff and Callie weird? I’m talking about when he caught her rolling a joint in her room. His way of talking to her just seemed weird and maybe a little strange? Is it just me or did anyone else get those weird vibes?
