Merch refund

Has anyone had any luck refunding their merch? I ordered about $200 something dollars worth of it back in April and I’ve lost a lot of money dealing with medical issues since then. I was hoping to get the merch still but seeing as it’s taking so long I’d rather just get the money tbh.
