Unintentional OBE and Spirit Healing?

I was in a deep trance laying in my bed last night. I've been doing trance work for some time and was very much in a liminal state - definitely not sleeping - when I stepped outside my body.

I've had lucid dreams where I wake up in my house before, but there's always a few things that are off. This wasn't that. Everything was in perfect order except my room filled with a light green energy with a blue simmer like smoke. Outside of my room was the purple-red miasma spilling forth from my mother. I took a bowl and dipped it into the miasma then condensed it into three small spheres like berries and fed them to her and sealed her mouth with a symbol. I noticed the miasma was spilling from her crown chakra so I reversed its movement and sealed her crown chakra too - she immediately began cough which I could hear with my real ears in the other room!

At this time I was well aware that my body and spirit where in separate spaces simultaneously.

I walked back to where my dad was sleeping and his energy was dark blue and black. I did the same thing and the symbol glowed like lava each time I signed it.

I felt an electrical discharge from my body when doing this energy work and then returned to my green room and body, fully awake and aware and in one piece.

For context: I moved back in with my parents recently which has been a struggle since they are not the healthiest people to be around.

I am a trained reiki practioner/energy worker but I've never experienced something like this before.

Was this an out of body energy healing session?

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is there anywhere I can learn more about it?

It was deeply profound and moving experience and im curious to explore more.
