What's your biggest Challenges?

Hopefully this is allowed I'm not taking an outside poll but genuinely trying to understand the challenges gig-workers, especially drivers, face. It seems its a whole category of workers that is overlooked in importance. What would make your gig-job more enjoyable and profitable etc.?? Thanks for any input for my research.
