For the next set after doom of dimensions which is Burst Protocol will it going to feature the new Borrel dragon from Yugioh Vrain?

I can’t be sure if the next set after doom of dimensions is gonna to feature new Borrel dragon which is a new Link 6 link monster as a cover card. If so Im looking forward to it but i totally doubt it because it’s seem we have already got the support of Borrel back in Burst of Destiny
