Extremely frustrated with my supposed classes

I recently made a post on here about the facility never contacting me back about classes. They told me Thursday I would be contacted by Friday night with all the details, and I never was. I tried to call/email over the weekend, never got any response. I called early this morning, and was told no management was in AGAIN so they can’t help me. The classes were supposed to start today at 9am. I even messaged the program director AND facility director and got no response. When I called they said I wasn’t the only one who had called about it, so now I’m thinking they’re just fucking us over. I even recently quit my job (for management reasons) but I wasn’t stressed about finding a new one because I was dead set on doing the classes and then working for this facility. Now I’m so frustrated I’ve been crying all morning because it’s just another thing to add on the list of messed up things in my life. I don’t even know what to do. I’ve tried to contact everyone I can, and I was told the first 2 weeks of classes are absolutely mandatory and you can’t miss them, and I’m going to be very mad if I have to wait another month for a start date because they couldn’t do their paperwork.
