To everyone still waiting for an offer letter after campus hiring a year ago — what are you currently doing?yes

I was selected for Technology Analyst – Cyber & Strategic Risk at Deloitte USI through campus hiring. I received the PHT mail, LOI, and location preference form — and today marks exactly one month since all of that. But after that? Complete silence. No updates. No joining date. Nothing.

Most of my friends have already started their jobs, and I’m just… stuck. Idle at home, feeling mentally exhausted, lost, and honestly like a failure. My parents keep asking me about my job and I don’t even know what to tell them anymore. I feel empty and left behind. I was so happy when I got selected — that feeling has now turned into stress, anxiety, and self-doubt.

If anyone from Deloitte is seeing this, please — even a tentative update or rough timeline for joining would be a huge relief. The wait without any communication is becoming unbearable.

Also, to everyone in the same boat — those who were selected through campus hiring months (or even a year) ago and are still waiting for an offer letter — what are you doing right now? Studying something new? Freelancing? Internships? Upskilling?
