Computer problems

Helo!

1 moment - The RGB lights of two fan of my computer doesn't work anymore. But ok I didn't care about because the pec was great.

2 moment - After turn off the PC these same fans doesn't stop. Works all the time even the PC was off. I needed to turn of the switch behind the PC at the energy power supply and turn on again.

3 moment - PC doesn't turn on when I use the Power Button. Memory RGB is on but PC not works. Few seconds later it's just started. Almost one minute later before I used the Power on PC.

4 moment - I thought it could be a cable or something. Dismounted all the cables and cleaned. Also the jumper suits for power..etc.. and I tried to force on. With a 🪛 and works. I put everything again and works normally with the Power Button!

5 moment - Now it's doesn't starts. Memory RGB is on. USB are working. I click at the Power Button and nothing happens.

Too weird.
