Is Azus lip balm vegan?

I bought this My Melody (sanrio) lip balm, with the next ingredients list:

1. Mineral Oil
2. Paraffin
3. Microcrystalline Wax
4. Candelilla Wax
5. White Petrolatum
6. Castor Oil (Ricinus Communis)
7. Ozokerite
8. Flavor
9. Sodium Saccharin
10. BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene)
11. Benzoic Acid
12. Color

The package says cruelty free (that's why I got it in the first place) but it doesn't says vegan. However was looking information and the official site has an updated image of the product which says vegan on it. Anyone knows if this brand is actually vegan?
