PR Card and SIN creation taking longer for my wife

Hey fellas,

I'm probably overthinking it but my whole family has been approved for PR back end of june, we all got the eCOPR.

The same day we received the eCOPR, I have requested a new SIN for my wife, my kids and myself. We all got them except for my wife. My wife has called Service Canada multiple times, they always tell that the application is correct, all the information are OK but it take just a bit longer because 1) It was sent for a random secondary inspection 2) their workload has increased a lot lately since july 3) her application is now assigned to an agent. As her worker SIN is still valid, they aren't "panicked".

Now it's the PR card: we all received our card, except my wife. We're still in the 40-50 days window as announced by IRCC. I checked the PR portal and the IRCC portal, I can still download the eCOPR, the IRCC portal is showing that the eCOPR is a valid document etc.

I'm sure there is nothing to worry, but it's a bit weird that her case is taking longer. We're all from the same country, all with the same name, no hidden skeleton in the closet etc etc.
