At the advice of other comments online I decided to message them via X and whatya know, I got some traction

So Im having some issues with them because they sent me the wrong item and it's been a nightmare dealing with the email system they have with this bot going back and forth. I messaged them on X and sent a DM with my problem and I THINK an actual human is handling this? Maybe. I sent them pics of my order number and everything and they ended up emailing me back a few hours later with a UPS label to return the incorrect item and they sent the correct (God I hope) item out. So, Id try this and see how you fare 🤎
