Hard start after refueling - 2010 VW CC 3.6L VR6

So I’ve been having some issues with my car recently. Everytime I refuel I always have a hard start. I have to crank it over for around 5/10 seconds before the car starts up. After that I have no issues, it’ll start everytime until I refuel again.

I have a p0441 code for my purge valve so I changed that - made no difference, sent it back thinking it was faulty and got another one. Installed that and it was the same thing. So I did a vacuum test on it, sent power to it and it was working like normal. I also tested it on the vehicle to see if it was functioning which it was.

Did a smoke test and couldn’t find any leaks.

Changed my evap canister (and my LDP which is all one unit) and it didn’t solve anything.

Changed my gas cap - fixed nothing

Changed my throttle body and my PCV along with the crank case breather hose (separate issue I had but I’m still including it on this list)

I went to the gas station recently and I turned my ignition on and off a couple times before starting the car and it started right up first crank. So I’m at a loss for what’s going on. Is it still a vacuum issue?
