UBC med non-academic activities

Hi I was just wondering if previous UBC med applicants could give me some tips on how to structure their descriptions for their non-academic activities. I have filled out 25/25 of my activities but I feel like I can definitely improve how I described my role. Also, is there any way to estimate NAQ score? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
