Towing charging $900

Location: Mt My brother got in an accident and rolled his truck the usual towing company we use wasn't available so another company came said they would take it to their yard even though I lived ten minutes from the accident. I was in the shower when my brother was talking to them so I didn't get to put my input. The truck stayed over night and now they are charging us $900 to get the truck out! Is this normal and is there anything I can do about it? Thanks in advance
