Power Up Filtering & Socialite

Hey guys, i've been trying to search more info on how these power up forced filters really work. Like, eg, I'm looking for say Tankzilla. If I find it on a discardable tank and pick it, will it only discard the 2 ones I didn't pick when I put the Power Up on an actual tank? Or will it just discard all of them once I sell the unit?

Also, how does Socialite really work?

The description say it last for 3 rounds. Does it mean it goes obsolete after those rounds??
