Is this PC too much or not enough?

I’m just getting into PC’s in general. and didn’t really know where to go with this. But i’ve heard PowerGPU’s build Requests are good so i went to them. All I need is to be able to run Minecraft well, and a few other games like roblox or bloons TD6. Is this build not enough to run it or overkill? (i’m on a budget preferably 1700$ and below)
