How to break a soul tie with someone you never dated?

I pulled myself away from this person, not because I’m ghosting, ignoring, or avoiding them. But because I’m just fed up, feel uncomfortable and unsafe and lost complete trust in this person. I’m trying to work up the courage to cut them off and I don’t care what this person has to say anymore.
