I want my dom to keep me on a tighter leash (figuratively)

After a 5 week hiatus I'm renegociating my D/s relationship with my Dom I'm a classic service sub and good boy. My last scene with my dom was a 3 month long dynamic with lots of denial, house service and I never felt more submissive. It was amazing but it also developed some new kink interests (hence the need to renegotiate).

The first time around we took the long road and the power shift happened slowly, as in, each time we met and played I transfered more power to my dom as I became more submissive.

And now that we are renegotiating and are about to start a new dynamic I feel like I want him to put me on a tighter leash from the start and kinda "put me on my place". I want to feel like I can do good job up to a high standard and not instead of as easy job (as in servicing and pleasuring my dom)

Howerever, It's my first time renegotiating and I'm not sure if I should just go slow and wait for the dynamic to build up to this point or if I should really just go along with my desires.

Wanted the insight of other subs as I'm in the BDSM scene for just over a year now
