Best mechanic in Austin?

To make a long story short I need to replace the engine in my 2023 Kia seltos. Kia can’t replace it because it’s not under warranty unfortunately. They quoted me $7,400 to replace it, but I don’t have that kinda money. Any recommendations on a good mechanic who might do it for cheaper?
