Is there an easy way to check what cultures have what obsessions?

I am running an Ottomans, producing both Turkish tobacco and pure opium. I directly control North Egypt, and West India. I have Persia as a protectorate. In essence, I directly control most of the production of opium, and dominate tobacco despite not controlling It all. It is about 1865. I am trying to figure how best to make it more profitable.

Is there an easy way to check which pops are addicted to which goods? Further, is there a good way I can hook a pop on a good?

I considered also breaking into liquor since my pops don't consume it to be the lord of vice, but it doesn't seem worth it since the rest of the world also produces it.
