need honest answer

Am I obligated to teach during my notice period as I leave my job in Japan? I don't feel that I received sufficient training during my time there. I'm leaving because they haven't paid me enough after three years of work. By the way, I had to submit my resignation three months in advance, which feels excessive. I have two months left, and I will be working for the same one but with a different contracting company.
