Difference between Tui Na (Chinese Tech) vs Swedish? And how come with Tui Na I am sore everywhere they press.

I am quite curious, recently got a few Tui Na massages after trying acupuncture and I noticed with that one I am sore everywhere they press. What is the technique difference and why is that?
