Why do I have to keep messaging Lumi over and over again to get ny meds? Ordered July 27, received UPS status that label waa created, that then changed to being delayed, now back to square one. I have messaged them several times and each time they assure me it is going out the door shortly and then nothing. Spoke to a person here who was kind enough to look into it a few days ago, another email this morning from Lumi but still nothing by this afternoon. Seeing others get their meds even when ordering after me I paid for this. They have not claimed there is an issue on my end. What gives? What hoop do I have to jump through for them to uphold their end of the agreement? So tired of this.
