Salvage question

Should I just salvage all named gear below level 65? Is there any reason to keep the named gear? I'm a bit of a hoarder and really need to clean out my gear storage. Hit 65 a couple days ago and want to know basically should I only focus on 65 level gear and just wipe the gear out less than level 65.
