Auditory hallucinations

I took Lexapro for a couple years as a teenager and in my early 20’s. I got back on it over five years ago due to my anxiety, mood swings, paranoia and hallucinations. It’s worked! However, the constant fatigue and low drive to do ANYTHING has been having me depressed. After talking to my psychiatrist about it, she took me down from 20mg to 15 a couple of weeks ago. Now, I keep hearing my name being called, or my significant other calling me. I have CPTSD… hearing my name being yelled makes me jump out of my skin. Has anyone else experienced this? I can’t believe that just 5mg difference is having this effect! I have not been experiencing the crippling paranoia yet, thankfully. I’m hoping it balances out and this auditory thing goes away.
