Can S3 PRO Ignore Known Faces and License Plates?

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to get the S3 Pro with HomeBase 3 to monitor my rural property with 4 cameras around the house.

My main goal is to only receive notifications for unknown people or vehicles. My 3-year-old son plays outside a lot, and I don’t want alerts every time he, my wife, or other family members are seen. I’d also like to register our cars’ license plates so they don’t trigger alerts either.

Does the system reliably ignore known faces and plates in real-world use? Or do alerts still happen even when they’re recognized? (I have seen comments that this feature “ignore unknown faces” doesn’t work properly.

Would really appreciate your feedback before I commit.
