Faint positive test followed 12h later by negative test - What gives?

Tested last night at 10 DPO and got a faint positive test. Then this morning, 12 hours later with "fresh morning pee", my two tests were negative (I retested to be sure).

Anyone else have this experience? Trying to meassure my expectations. What was the final result for you?
