Salary Range: 6 to 7 LPA CTC.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support ongoing construction projects in a fully remote capacity. This is a full-time contract position. The candidate must be able to operate and report during standard Pacific Time (PT) working hours.

The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure efficient project documentation, subcontractor coordination, technical review, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination, documentation, and communication

• Review construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

• Track and update project schedules and cost control logs

• Coordinate remotely with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Support project meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups

• Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and code requirements through virtual inspections and reports

• Organize and maintain project documentation in cloud-based systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore)

• Prepare closeout packages and assist with punch list resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or equivalent)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work setting

• Must be available to work and report in Pacific Time (PT)

Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)

• Experience with commercial or healthcare construction projects

• Familiarity with cloud-based project management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)

• OSHA 30 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

• EIT or working toward PE (a plus)
