Phone Stolen at Lola - Crowd Issues, Need Better Safety

I had my phone stolen at lola after rufus, I was shoved by a group of guys and my phone magically gone. Its showing now on my i cloud pretty far away. Warning for people next year to stay alert.... Everyone I've talked to says this happens all the time. But also seeing videos of people getting jumped, robberies, etc. People should feel safe at this event and listen to great music. There has to be a better solution. It can't be to expect crime to occur. Overall, I saw a number of people wacked out of their mind that didn't even look like 18 to me. The crowd for the headliners was overrun by groups of young kids that weren't there for the music but clearly were there just to get FCKED up or cause trouble. Rufus was especially chaotic in that there were clearly massive groups running back and forth from rufus to twice.
