Spaylater permanent restriction dispute

Hello! Just want to inquire if any of you had experienced disputing permanent restriction? For context, i missed a loan repayment by 10 days due to unforseeable expenses 😭 I paid my dues immediately after 10 days past deadline.

Right now, i am permanently restricted which I think is quite unfair given that i pay on time/earlier all the time. 😓
