Grenade ear ringing but not in my ears?

Duration of complaint (how long has this been happening) A year ish?
Symptoms (be specific) When I turn my head or body, sometimes I will get a weird sound/effect in my head. It's similar to how movies do the ringing in the ears following a grenade or bomb. Or if you're an ear rumbler, it's like that but it's inside my head, not in my ears if that makes any sense whatsoever. It's very distracting and disconcerting, but not painful.
