Elopement options - tight budget

Hello! Me and my fiancé will elope next week (8/15) and we have zero details sorted out. We want something very simple (just the two of us + one witness) and a short photoshoot (30-60 minutes max).

We are seeking for recommendations of places, officiants and photographers. We live on Brookhaven, but driving a bit further is an option. We are ok with a courthouse marriage as well (we tried to book it in NYC but there were no slots available for this specific day). We don’t want to spend a lot, but still want to make it special.
