Pain and bleeding

Hi 21 female. I recently had sex with someone after not having sex for awhile, it was rather rough. The past few days after I've been having really bad back pain and lower pain. Also a lot of bleeding , it's painful to the touch too. I have PCOS, but I haven't had this bad of a off period in awhile. Planned parenthood is booked out till September. Is it worth it to go to urgent care?
