Should I avoid enterprise harddrives in my home NAS?

I was looking at Seagate Exos or Ironwolf Pros for the NAS I'm building. I know the data hoarders swear by the factory recertified Exos, but I've read that they're loud and that the Ironwolf Pros aren't much quiter if at all. I live in an old house with a less than ideal network situation. It's either going to be in the living room or my bedroom.
