Tank won't refill

The water in my complex got shut off today, and it got turned back on earlier this afternoon, but since then the tank doesn't refill. The toilet flushes fine if I fill the tank manually to the water line but obviously that's kind of annoying to have to do.

That's also the extent of my plumbing knowledge, does anybody have any advice? I think I have a rough idea of what the parts inside the tank are from Google but don't know what I'm meant to do to them to see if this can be fixed
