Japan 2025 vs 2019/17

Hi all.

I spent a month in Japan in both 2017 and 2019 and traveled to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Niko and a few other places.

My trips in 2017 and 2019 were with myself and my wife.

I am just curious about things I might need to know that have changed over the past 6 years and also tips for travelling Japan with a 4 year old?

We are headed back in October, this time for 3 weeks flying into Narita airport in Tokyo.

This trip we are visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Fujikawaguchiko, Hakone.

Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated.
