Napoli vs. Napoli B

Pulled Napoli B out of a crate this morning, which is great. Problem is, I’m almost finished with the Napoli bureau project. I’m by no means complaining about a solid crate pull, but I don’t really need two Napolis.

Is the best course of actions two different builds? I know the ships are exactly the same, minus the paint job, but is the best course of action to have one as the normal secondary build and the other as a typical cruiser build?
