HOW DO I KEEP UP WITH STUDYING???

I genuinely want to learn a bunch of languages and I have no trouble juggling between all of them since as long as I don't set limits for myself I stay primarily focused on a specific set of languages and occasionally dabble in the others, if I try to limit myself though my focus will not stay on my main selection, so that part isn't an issue. But what IS an issue is that I've fallen behind on studying, and even managed to fall behind on just immersing myself in some languages! With the immersion, maybe I don't have enough variety in the content I'm using? But how do I find more stuff to use?? Reddit and dumb luck are the only successful ways I've found content to immerse myself with, but I know how weird and annoying it'll be for me to constantly ask for content on reddit.. and what about studying? It's easy to do when my focus is on a specific language but as of recent my focus hasn't been drawn to any specific language, leaving me stuck because which one do I actually want to focus on? I know I've technically got free choice on what to study without my focus fixating on one language, but my whole setup relied on the way my focus would get super drawn and stuck to one at certain times! So how do I update my setup? Do I put every language i know of the existence of on a wheel and spin it when I want to focus on studying languages but can't get my focus to fixate on a specific one?? What if the wheel thing doesn't work as intended though? Or what if some feel too complicated for me when my focus isn't fully on them?? (Yes I've had these weird times where languages felt simple and easy when my focus was fully set and fixated on them, but trying to study and view them when my focus and fixation weren't fully on them made them feel too complicated so that's a whole other issue of its own) It's okay if no one here has any advice, I just figured my current issue was related to my ADHD considering the way I tried to utilize it for my setup if im not mistaken
