[LF] - New York - Free - Plants/Shrimp

Hi! I'm looking for some free plants!! I will pay shipping. If you also sell shrimp, I'm trying to buy some as well; I figured I would kill two birds with one stone. Currently scaping a medium-sized paludarium, and it's my first bigger build, so anything I can get for free would be helpful!
