How to get fave and bio removed from website?

Location: Maine, USA.

I worked for an organization that closed/shut down, and I was laid off before that. Despite having ceased to exist since early 2021, the website is still active and maintained. My face and a bio are still there, despite me asking multiple times to have it removed. I have never signed a release allowing my likeness to be used anywhere.

Other than asking for it to be taken down (which is futile, they ignore me), is there any meaningful (and inexpensive) action that I can take here?
