Please help with valuable suggestions

Summary of my Timeline: • 2021: Filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently; interview in August. • 2021–2023: No updates. • Nov 2023: Received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) — responded with substantial evidence. • March 2025: Got a RFE for medical on the I-485 — responded within 2 weeks. • Now (Aug 2025): Still no acknowledgement of the RFE delivery; both cases (I-130 and I-485) are pending. I’m frustrated and I need to know what could be causing the delay. Thank you all
