Camo Cloaks and Piercing.

If I take the camo cloak equipment for my Scout Squad, and I am shot by a weapon with Piercing 1, do I have the option to roll any saves (luke if I have the Guerilla Engagement ploy activated), or does the remaining damage just go through and the action ends?
