Need help from people who paid fees using NEFT/RTGS.

I've paid my fees today in the afternoon using NEFT. I've used ICICI Payment gateway to generate e-challan and I've used the challan to pay money offline at a bank. Money got deducted from my account almost immediately. I've cross-checked it with ICICI Payment gateway (using transaction id that got generated while generating challan) and the payment's being shown as successful but no confirmation on BITS website. On the website, there's still an option saying 'click here to pay fee'. Should I just wait or is there any other step involved?
