I missed a T Shot and I'm feeling sick?

I've only just started Testosterone (literally been on it for 3 weeks). I have my partner help with the injection as I'm squeamish about needles and can't do it myself, but yesterday (when we usually administer it) he had work late and we ended up missing the shot.

I wasn't feeling too good yesterday regardless, my hearing was going slightly (in the same manner it does before I'm going to pass out) making me feel really dizzy and feint and I lost my appetite but I didn't have any pain or headaches, and I'm having the same symptoms today (yet to have the shot, but will do in a couple hours). I was wondering if this is just because I've missed it or if it's something else that I need to worry about? I did just finish my period, where I do often get nauseous and dizzy, but it's unusual for it to happen towards the end of my cycle.

Sorry if this is a small thing/question, just wondering if I should be worried! I have a friend who has been on T for years and he suggested it could be this but I wasn't too convinced considering it has literally only been a day.
