Getting full blood tests from Manual?

Hi everyone. I have just done the first 2 blood tests with Manual which has confirmed low testosterone. I have now decided to go with a different clinic and they need the blood tests in pdf format fully showing my name and dob. My issue is the blood results Manual provide don’t show your full name and dob-you get emailed a web link to your results but don’t get sent the pdf version. I have messaged them 3 times and no response so far. Has anyone else encountered issues with this? Do they do it to make it harder to move clinics?
