have i just had my money stolen from depop? refunded buyer with my money even tho i didn’t receive the sale money since depop hold it??

i sold an item but then had to cancel it. i used depop shipping so i don’t receive any of the buyers money until it’s delivered which of course it won’t be. i was confused when i saw the only way to cancel the order is to refund them, which how could i if i don’t have their money? i asked chatgpt and they told me depop wont take any money from my account and itll just cancel itself out since depop has that money not me. anyways i emailed depop explaining the situation, they clearly are terrible at reading emails and didn’t answer most of my issues and just cancelled the order therefore refunding them… big issue is they took £115 from my bank account. £115 i dont have, i never received any of the money from the buyer yet they’ve refunded them from money on my bank account now im in overdraft. ive emailed them AGAIN and they are saying it will take up to 6 days to hear from them since they’re passing it on to a specialist team. i’ve also filed a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. this is insanity. has anyone else dealt with this if so what happened?? most people i assume use depops shipping so how on earth are we supposed to cancel orders without them ripping money from our bank accounts that don’t even have the sale money since depop are holding it. they have literally taken money i dont have without my permission and their customer service sucks. now i have to wait up to 10 days to see if i can get refunded. my bank account is literally -46. i dont think ill be using depop anymore to sell after this
