Tired of stagnant wages and seriously considering a side hustle but not sure what I can do - any ideas guys ?

Hello, I’m in my late 30s and have been a pharmacist now for nearly 12-13 years . First 9 or so years I worked retail and the last, almost 3.5 years, been working from home . I genuinely like my job , it’s easy, WFH, plenty of PTO, etc . But I feel I have been stuck with stagnant wages for nearly 9 years since 2016. I currently make $58.16/hour which is just about $121,000 a year plus a small bonus which pushes me up to about $127,000. However, I was making $120 something back in 2016. The problem is I got stuck with no raises in 2016 because my former employer froze pharmacist salary increases for years . I can pay my bills comfortably , eat well, enjoy vacations , etc but it’s not enough when you consider inflation over just the last 5 years . I am tired of depending on some f****** employer and relying on wage increases . I know I can always look for higher paying roles too . And I know I have it good working from home . However, I would love a side hustle where I can make an extra $2-3k a month consistently . I have no idea what though . My entire life, since high school, I have been “science /medical oriented “ and never really though t outside of the box about what else I can do on the side that brings in extra income . I see ads on social media about how some people work 4 hours a week and make an extra few grand a month but I don’t really know if that’s legit or not . I have zero idea where to start . I feel I have a block in my head that does not allow me to think outside of the medical field . If a high school dropout can come up with ideas and start a business or other side hustle, I know I certainly can . I don’t want to open up any “store” or business with a physical location . But something I can earn a few grand with an online presence that does not necessarily consume my life , do you fellow pharmacists have any ideas ? I seriously need to bring up my income to $150-$200k a year . Tired of mediocre incomes that don’t keep up with inflation in anyway and if I don’t do something now , pharmacist salaries will be the same a decade from now . It’s time for me to wake up , get my shit together , and take a risk to make more without relying on any job . Any ideas , please ?
