Workplace Injury Claim

Hey all

Back in April I had sustained an injury while working and had to go to urgent care. I was not informed about Filing a claim, so I ended up with a bill from the urgent care. I attempted to call sedgwick to get the bill covered but was told to call a number that is not in service.

So I guess my question is, what are my options? Who do I call to get this covered? I'm in New York.
