I'm going away for 3 weeks in mid-September to early-October and don't want to take it with me

Question

I have been taking Mounjaro since mid-May and I'm doing really well on it, successfully losing weight and suffered no side effects. Nearly down 3 stone (19kg) in 3 months, hopefully a week ahead of the 3-month mark. I could be at my goal weight by Christmas at the rate I'm going but I'm sure the weight loss will rapidly slow down long before then.

I am currently on the 7.5mg dosage and could get in a 10mg 4-week dose before we go away and then probably 2 weeks of the 12.5mg. I don't really want to take it with me because of the hassle it might cause at the airport and disposal of the needles, etc. and I may be far enough along the dosage that I could probably pack it up to see if I can get by without it. I don't each much when I'm on holiday anyway as I'm busy exploring and I naturally eat less in warmer weather when there's so much more to do. I'm probably going to be walking loads so more exercise than I would be used to at home, but I'd also like to enjoy the food without being full after a few mouthfuls as is the case sometimes.

I am injecting on Friday afternoons so that should I suffer any side effects, I am home (I work from home on Fridays) and it gives me the weekend to not only, 1, be good and not snack when I have all day not being at work, and 2, monitor if I feel funny without affecting work.

I would miss 3 Fridays in total.

If I went back on it, would I have to resume at the 2.5mg starter dose? Is it always a resounding "yes" for everyone or is it dependent on the person? Obviously I don't want to skip doses but I really don't want to take it with me, nor do I want to necessarily start all over again.
