How would you interpret the question, "Do you judge yourself based on what you are not?"

Not sure if this belongs on here, but I've never posted on reddit so I apologize if I'm aiming in the wrong place. I understand the question on a surface level- but thought talking about it with others may give me some deeper insight to myself. Do you take a negative connotation from the question, or positive?
